Pricing
All quotes for plumbing work are provided by the dispatched plumber directly to you before any work begins. Written approval is required before work commences. Pricing is set by the individual plumbing company, not by GetInstantPlumber.
Guarantees & Warranties
Warranties on plumbing work are provided by the dispatched plumber per their standard terms. GetInstantPlumber does not warranty individual plumbing work. Ask the plumber for their warranty terms before approving work.
Emergency Dispatch
Response times for emergency dispatch are estimates. Actual arrival depends on traffic, plumber availability, and job queue. We do not guarantee specific arrival times.
Payment
Payment for services is made directly to the dispatched plumber per their accepted methods. GetInstantPlumber does not process customer payments.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, GetInstantPlumber's liability is limited to routing your service request. Liability for the plumbing work itself rests with the licensed plumber performing the work.
